 Archive Management System for the Israel Archive Network Project

Introduction

The Israel Archive Network Project (herein "the Project"), is a cultural heritage project within the Rehabilitation and Empowering of Cultural Heritage Infrastructure Framework of Projects (TAMAR) of the Government of the State of Israel. The Project is acting to create an Archive Management System (herein "the System") that will serve as an individual archive management system for the archive institutions participating in the project as well as a system for the  overall management of all the archives and their records contained within the system.

Announcement of Vendor Shortlist for Israel Archive Network Archive Management System 
 
The Israel Archive Network Project, a project within the TAMAR Cultural Heritage Rehabilitation Project of the Government of Israel published an RFI for the supply and implementation of an Archive Management System for the archives participating in the project. The RFI generated many responses from commercial companies in Israel and abroad as well as open-source solutions.
 
The following vendor respondents have been shortlisted for the next proposal stage. An RFP (Request for Proposal) will be announced along with a deadline for submission in early Q4.

Notice regarding the Publication of the Shortlist of Vendors for the Israel Archive Network Project Archive Management System RFI 
 
The publication of the vendor shortlist has been delayed.
The project team is currently reviewing the RFI responses that were received.
A notice to vendors will be published by the end of April 2012.
This delay will affect the other project dates noted in the RFI respectively.
The project may request a demo from vendors of their suggested solution within the next few months.

Update regarding the RFI for an Archive Management System for the Israel Archive Network Project
 
Thank you to all the vendors who submitted an RFI response.
The project team is currently reviewing the responses.
A vendor shortlist will be compiled during February 2012. A notice to vendors will be published in early March 2012.

Notice Regarding Change in Submission Date for the Israel Archive Network RFI 
 
The Israel Archive Network Project is announcing a change to the final submission date for responses to the Archive Management System RFI. The previous final submission date was the 29th of December 2011. The new final submission date is the 19th of January, 2012. All other submission details remain unchanged.
