The bodies are covered with sheets and are lying on the ground, on stretchers which will permit them to be carried easily to their tombs. There are two tombs on the back and we can apparently distinguish a French flag between them. We could suggest that the tombs are in fact temporary tombs, waiting for repatriation or graves in France because it is unusual to see two isolated tombs in the middle of a luxurious garden.
