אגודה לעזרת קרבנות הפאשיזם והאנטישמיות בארץ-ישראל לכל צבור הפועלים והעובדים בארץ-ישראל!חברים!זה עכשיו נסתיים הכינוס הארצי השני של אנטיפא בארץ ישראל. לצבור הפועלים הרחב ולכל אזרח ישר ניתנה האפשרות וההזדמנות המלאה, בימי הכנוס ולאחריו להכיר ולדעת את אנטיפא, מהותה ומטרותיה. והמטרות האלה כה פשוטות ובהירות! מול סכנת המלחמה. הממשמשת ובאה. מול אימת הפשיזם. היוצק רעל בציבור הרחב ובמחנה הפועלים בפרט, מול השובניות הטרופה, המכה גלים בכל ארץ וארץ, לרבות. את ארצנו, מול שנאת-עמים המתכונת לחדד את היחסים בין עם ועם ולראות בן אומה אחרת "כזר" כמנודה ומוחרם באה "אנטיפא" ומרימה בגאון את הדגל אחוות-העמים, את דגל החרות לקראת הסכנות, המאיימות על האנושות העובדת הדוויה והשסויה. גורל ארץ ישראל, גורל מפעלנו ועתידנו בארץ קשור קשר לא ינתק עם תקומת התנועה הבין לאומית, המפלסת נתיב, מתוך קושיים ומניעות רבות, לשחרור האדם והעולם מכבלי השעבוד הלאומי והסוציאלי. צרופה, טהורה ונשגבה היא מטרת "אנטיפא" בארץ-ישראל. ואולי דווקא לכן כה מרובים שונאיה ומנדיה כאן כמו בכל העולם. לא בנקל מצליח רעיון פשוט ועמוק כאחד, רעיון בהיר ונקי מכל פסולת וסיג עכור, לכבוש את הלבבות. כך עלה בגורלה של כל-תנועה מעפילה, השוחה נגד הזרם. "אנטיפא" תמשיך את דרכה ותכפיל את מאמציה לגיבוש החזית האנטי פאשיסטית והאנטי מלחמתית בארץ. ביום האחד במאי פונה "אנטיפא" לכל צבור הפועלים בארץ, היהודי והערבי, בקריאה לאיחוד, לליכוד השורות, בתביעה לגיוס מלוכד של לוחמי השחרור והסולידריות הבין-לאומית בארץ. חברים פועלים! תנו יד לאנטיפא הצטרפו אל המחנה האנטי פשיסטי! חשל את חזית הסולידריות הבין-לאומית! הגבירו את הארגון למלחמה במלחמה! שברו את שיני הפאשיזם העולה, ברחוב היהודי והערבי! אחת המטרה-אחת הדרך! תחי אנטיפא המנוף לליכוד וגיבוש המחנה הלוחם!
