בתחילת ספר דברים (155א-160ב) ישנו תשקיל: "אני אברהם ב[ן] [י]עקב בן ט[בי]ה בן סעד ה' בן [אבר]הם דמבני [פ]יגמה כתב]תי זאת התורה הקדושה ..." התשקיל חסר את פרטי שנת הכתיבה ומקומה. מעתיק זה העתיק בשנת 1345 תורה שומרונית נוספות, כתב-יד פריס - הספריה הלאומית Sam 2, ובשנת 1339 את כתב-יד לונדון - הספריה הבריטית Or. 6461

"אתעקת זאת התורה הקדו[שה] מן ... עבד יהוה בן ... יצחק דמבני פיגמה אל ... יעקב בר ... יצחק דמבני מנוס ותריון מן שכוני דמשק וקנה יתה למדלה ... בכסף ...ועבד יה הזכור אערב לבעלה ... וזה הקנין בחדש רביע האחר שנת תשע ותשע מאות לממל[כת] בני ישמע[אל] ואתקשט בעני זה הקנין ובכן אסיד ... ואני עזי בן איתמר בן עבד אל בן עמרם בן עזי ... ובכן אסיד נתנאל בן עזי והכתב על פיו" התרגום לעברית: נעתקה זאת התורה הקדושה מרכוש ... עבד ה' בן ... יצחק מבני פיגמה אל ... יעקב בן יצחק מבני מונס ושניהם מתושבי דמשק וקנה ... בכסף ... ועבד יה הנזכר ערב לבעל הספר ... וזה הקניה בחודש רביע השני משנת 909 לממלכת ישמעאל [=1503] ואומת על ידי זה הקנין וכן אעיד אני עזי בן איתמר בן עבד אל בן עמרם בן עזי ... ובזאת העיד נתנאל בן עזי ונכתב על פיו (סוף בראשית, 42ב)
"קנה זאת התורה משנה ישראל בעדנו. ונשיאו ... אברהם בן ... יוסף בן ... אב חסדה דמבני מתוחיה מן אתתה ... רבתון ברת ... יוסף בן ... אבי הפתח בן פיגמה ... שנת שלשה ושמנה מאות לממלכת ישמעאל וסעדתי ... ואני עבד יהוה בן ברכה בן אברהם עבדתאה דדמשק. עבד ... בעלה". והתרגום לעברית: קנה זאת התורה משנה לשופט ישראל ונשיאו ... אברהם בן ... יוסף בן ... אב חסדה מבני מתוחיה מן האשה ... רבתון בת ... יוסף בן ... אבי הפתח מבני פיגמה ... שנת 803 לממלכת ישמעאל [=1400/1401] והעדתי ... עבד יהוה בן ברכה בן אברהם ... מדמשק. עבד ... בעלה [של רבתון] (סוף שמות 85ב)
