איסור על פגיעה בכבודו או בשמו של היוצר באמצעות סילוף או שינוי של היצירה.
בנוסף לציון שם/שמות היוצר/ים בעת השימוש ביצירה, נבקשך לציין כי
הפריט הוא מאוסף הספרייה הלאומית וכן את שם בעל האוסף הרשום במידע המפורט
על הפריט בקטלוג הספרייה.
שים לב שתנאי הרישיון מתייחסים לזכויות
יוצרים בלבד. ככל שחלות מגבלות נוספות על השימוש המבוקש, לדוגמא – חוק הגנת
הפרטיות, תשמ"א-1981, חוק איסור לשון הרע, תשכ"ה-1965 או דינים נוספים, על
המשתמש מוטלת האחריות לבדוק זאת טרם השימוש.
