Visitors Center

The National Library of Israel invites you to come inside, look through the stacks and reading rooms, explore its hidden treasures and get to know its special collections.

The National Library holds over 4 million items which reflect the multifaceted Israeli culture and Jewish culture throughout the ages. There is a huge selection of books, ancient manuscripts, rare prints, photographs, historical posters, personal and institutional archives, exquisite maps, and the largest and most expansive collection of Jewish and Israeli music in the world.

The National Library Visitors Center offers the general public a large array of guided tours and lectures about the library's collections.

Hours of Operation: Sunday-Thursday, 9AM-3PM.
