Leaflets about kashrut of flour for Passover

An Aramaic expression meaning "Passover meal". Usually the wheat is soaked in water or steam to soften them before grinding.
the Sages forbade the soaking of the wheat before being ground from the fear that is may become Chametz. Modern mills operated use alot of force creating heat and humidity and raised fears of wetting of the flour would make it chametz.
