Notes עירית תל-אביב מודעה עירונית מס' 2 חוק עוזר מס' 30 האוסר פשיטת-יד בגבולות תל-אביב. בתקף הכח שנתן לה על ידי פסקא 5 מפקודת המועצות המקומיות (המתוקנת), 1921, קבעה מועצת עירית תל-אביב, באשורו של הנציב המחוזי, מחוז הנגב יפו, את החוק העוזר דלקמן: "אסור למי שהוא לבקש נדבה וכמו כן אסור להמריץ כל ילד למטה מגיל 16 שנה או להביאו לידי כך שיבקש נדבה מאת הקהל ברחובות או באיזה מקום צבורי אחר בשטח גבולות תל-אביב". עירית תל-אביב י"ז אדר תרצ"א
