We Invite You on a Passover Tour

Thursday | April 6th | 05:00 pm

Entry is free of charge, registration in advance

What is the oldest Haggadah in the National Library's collections? Where was Rothschild Haggadah discovered after its disappearance during World War Two? Which Haggadah was shelved just after it was published? And what is the connection between a 17th-century Christian preacher and the first printed Haggadah?

We will follow the travels of the people of Israel through the desert as they were drawn on ancient maps and discover the surprising stories about the largest collection of Haggadot in the world.

The tour will include an exhibit of rare Haggadot and a visit to the ancient map collection.

Duration of tour: An hour and 15 minutes.
