How to join

The Israel Archives Network Project gives the public at large access to national cultural materials via the Internet. The materials belong to various historical archives dispersed throughout the State of Israel. The Project even finances the digitization of materials in the archives (without taking possession of them).

As part of the Israel Archives Network Project, a list of historical archives in Israel was compiled. The list numbers close to 600 archives (click here to see the list). Due to the enormity in scope, the Project was forced to fund only a certain percentage of all of the archives in Israel, on account of funding limitations. However, all the archives in Israel are invited to join the project.

In order to join, information must be catalogued so that it can be exported in EADI structure. If there is no catalogue, the project’s catalogue system can be used, or a system can be purchased independently.
You can find more that in Frequently asked Questions page.
