"Haam" was founded before the 17th Zionist conference, to give voice to the Revisionist movement's ideology and program. Its official editor was Jabotinsky, but it was edited mainly by Yeivin.

 

A few months after its initial appearance it was shut down by the British, on the account of incitement.
